What suburbs do you travel to?
Mike travels up to approximately a 25km radius from St Kilda.
Do you stock parts?
Mike stocks spare parts for most jobs, however, certain situations will require parts to be ordered or purchased from a retailer. Mike will charge you recomended retail for parts he supplies. If you have your own parts or components you will only pay for labour and travel.
Is all servicing done on site?
Mike will travel to you and where possible will do all servicing on site. If the job requires us to transport your bike back to our workshop, you will be advised and confirm a drop off day/time. Mike carries all tools and equipment for 95% of jobs in his service vehicle.
What if your pricing Menu does not list what I need?
Contact Mike to discuss your needs and he will quote on your job.
Do I need to book a service?
Yes, you need to contact Mike and make a booking and he will arrange to travel to your location on a specified day and time.
What days do you operate?
Mike does servicing Monday to Saturday throughout the year.
How long does a service take?
Approximately 45mins for a Bike Tune Plus, 1.5hrs for a Silver service, and 2hrs for a Gold service.
