What suburbs do you travel to?
Mike covers the greater Melbourne area and the Mornington Peninsula but can come to you area if further away providing there are 3 or more bikes that require servicing.

Do you stock parts?
Mike stocks spare parts for most jobs, however, certain situations will require parts to be ordered or purchased from a retailer. Mike will charge you recommended retail for parts he supplies. If you have your own parts or components you will only pay for labour.

Is all servicing done on site?
Mike will travel to you and where possible will do all servicing on site. If the job requires your bike be transported back to our workshop, you will be advised and confirm a drop off day/time. Mike carries all tools and equipment for 100% of jobs in his service vehicle. Note that an undercover area is required for servicing if raining.

What if your pricing Menu does not list what I need?
Contact Mike to discuss your needs and he will quote on your job.

Do I need to book a service?
Yes, you need to contact Mike and make a booking and he will arrange to travel to your location on a specified day and time.

What days do you operate?
Mike does servicing Monday to Friday (Saturdays by arrangement) throughout the year and at a time to suit you. Also, if your bike/s are accessible to Mike you do not need to be present for the servicing.

How long does a service take?
Approximately 30-35 mins for a Bike Tune Plus, 50 mins for a Silver service, and 1-1.5 hrs for a Titanium service. Full Bike build 3-4hrs.

Do You assemble boxed bikes?
Yes Mike can assemble and tune your newly purchased bike and tune it accordingly. Remember, most boxed bikes require more than just fitting the pedals to function correctly.

Do You service Electric bikes?
Mike is able to service any mechanical components on your electric bike such as gears, brakes, wheels, pedals, chain etc.
